Serviz launches occupant feedback feature

The Serviz Indoor Air Quality solution adds a new feature, that enables occupants of any given space to provide feedback on perceived indoor air quality. The feedback function registers occupant feedback, which is linked to the measured air quality at the time. Feedback enriches the data and can help find optimum setpoints for HVAC systems to achieve the highest level of end user satisfaction.

The feature is available without additional charges to all users of the Serviz IAQ solution. A link to the feedback page can be shared electronically or printed to a QR code. The code enables users to observe the current air quality and submit feedback without registering as a user so it is completely anonymous.
